1. Medicines & Products

• Due to the sensitive nature of homeopathic and herbal medicines, products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We only accept returns if:
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product has been delivered.

1. Online Consultations

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
• If you have booked an appointment but cannot attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session.

1. Refund Processing

• If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.
